Phil Ivey managed to get on top of the Money Makers for November, knocking down Patrik Antonius, as he earned himself more than $1.5 million in earnings on Full Tilt Poker.

Phil IveyIt was previously posted here that the Finnish poker pro Patrik took November by storm, earning almost $1.5 million and thus covering his October losses of $1.7 million. Thanks to his performance, he took the #1 spot in the Top 100 Money Makers list, but he was knocked down by Phil Ivey.

Unlike Patrik Antonuis, Ivey grabbed the #1 Money Makers thanks to smaller, but more numerous winning sessions: a few days ago, he came out with a profit of over $300,000 in a two-and-a-half hour heads-up session against Matt Hawrilenko.

FTPOverall, Phil Ivey has more than $1.5 million in earnings so far this month, most of which came from Hawrilenco; the latter is about $40,000 over lady marmelade, the player with the biggest losses in November.

With 5 WSOP bracelets before turning 30, one WPT trophy and more than $10 million in tournament earnings so far, Phil Ivey is arguably one of the best players at the moment and the recent Full Tilt Poker sessions just proved it: his profit for 2008 is almost $7 million, all that in almost 1500 played sessions.
