Eastgate And Durrrr Join Premier League III Roster

The PartyPoker Premier League has just added two more players to the lineup: the new WSOP champion, Peter Eastgate, along with high stakes poker pro Tom "durrrr" Dwan.

The third season of PartyPoker Premier League will take place in London, between 24th and 30th November, when the previous season winner Andy Black (who was automatically invited) will try to defend his title. The two new additions to this event are recent WSOP winner Peter Eastgate and high stakes poker pro Tom Dwan.

Peter Eastgate is the 22-year old Danish player who just won the WSOP coveted bracelet, along with more than $9 million. On top of that, he also broke Phil Hellmuth's record, as he is now the youngest player ever to win the WSOP Main Event.

The newest WSOP champ said: "This is my first event since the WSOP Main Event final table, so I am delighted to be part of a world-class lineup. I am the man in form and I want to show people why I am the World Champion."

Tom Dwan, also known as durrrr, is a well-known online poker pro, especially in the high stakes action, as he was actively involved in October's record breaking pots. Overall, he has won almost $6 million this year, but not only thanks to online hands, as he also played in important live events such as the WSOP (where he had two 8th place finishes), the WPT and the EPT.

Regarding the opportunity to play in the Premier League, Dwan said: "I'm really excited about coming to play the Premier League and am honored to be invited. The line-up is simply world class and I am coming to London determined to win."

PartyPoker Premier League has 12 of the world’s best players playing in a special league format: all players will play six times in the preliminary stages, after which the top four players will advance to the final table. The next four will play heads-up matches for the remaining two seats.
