Betting Pattern
A betting pattern is one that turns up in a players betting habits in different situations. A betting pattern can be a conclusion about how a player plays a certain kind of hand, or it can go the other way; observing a betting pattern can tell us something about what hand a player might have. Advanced players vary their betting habits so that they do not give away information in this fashion.
